If you wish to delete your account associated with Shadow Quest, please follow these steps:
Send an email to contact@anaheimworks.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
In the email, please include:
Your in-game Player ID. You can find it in the settings menu.
A clear statement requesting account deletion.
When you request account deletion:
All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. This includes:
Your in-game progress and statistics.
Saved preferences and settings.
Retained Data: Some non-personal data may be retained.
Additional Information:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you wish to proceed before submitting your request.
Processing your request may take up to 15 days after confirmation of your identity and request.
